What are you going to do?They are part of a Group – a fast-growing international company with the feeling of a family business. They work with plastic materials and use modern CNC machines to make high-quality parts. As a CNC Programmer, you will write programs, set up machines, and help improve the production process. They focus on single-piece production and small series, which means every day brings new and interesting challenges. No boring mass production here! You will work closely with engineers, production, and quality control.
This is a day shift job: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30. We offer a stable position with room to grow and a great team to work with.
Your main tasks:
- Write and improve CNC programs for 3- and 5-axis milling machines;
- Set up CNC machines and check product quality;
- Read and understand technical drawings and instructions;
- Solve problems during production related to programming;
- Work with engineers to improve product and process;
- Help improve workflows (Lean, 5S, etc.);
- Follow safety rules and use protective equipment.

What do we ask?- 5+ years of experience as a CNC miller (in plastics or metal);
- 3–5 years of experience programming 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines;
- Experience with One CNC is a plus;
- Good English skills (English is the company language); Dutch is a bonus, but not required;
- You must live in the Netherlands (this job is on location).
