What are you going to do?As a Fleet Operations Specialist, you will:
- Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicle uptime, safety, and performance meet key quality and efficiency metrics;
- Coordinate logistics and shipping processes for vehicle hardware, managing tracking and communications with internal and external partners;
- Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and vehicle operations teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize fleet readiness;
- Perform hands-on tasks related to basic assembly, maintenance, and support of vehicle hardware and onboard systems;
- Proactively monitor fleet dashboards and operational alerts, executing remediation steps and ensuring anomalies are documented and escalated appropriately;
- Act as the key on-site liaison for remote engineering teams during testing, diagnostics, and deployment activities;
- Improve operational support systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and scale best practices;
- Conduct regular health checks on vehicles and systems, reporting operational KPIs and overall fleet condition.
What do we offer?- A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €4,800 based on experience and a 40-hour workweek;

As part of a pioneering team at the intersection of technology and mobility, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing vehicle operations across the region.
What do we ask?- 3+ years of experience in vehicle fleet operations, logistics, or field operations—ideally in autonomous vehicles (AV), tech-enabled transport, or mobility services;
- Hands-on experience (1+ year preferred) with basic hardware troubleshooting, assembly, or system checks;
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and experience documenting operational processes and SOPs;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—especially in cross-functional, fast-paced environments;
- Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting (Python) is a plus, but not required;
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
